Reports received about attacks following the evacuation warning issued from 12 noon: Sound of explosions near Qazvin. Qazvin — 5 explosions heard; not clear which areas exactly. They were back to back at 12:00 noon, Esfand 22. Today, Friday, Esfand 22, 1404 — the Qarchak highway police post was struck. Economic security police were stationed next to it. The target is unclear as the area was cordoned off from both sides and photos could not be taken. Shahryar — Friday, Esfand 22, 12:11: explosion reported. 12:15 noon, Esfand 22 — southwest of Tehran, Baharestan county: the Governor's Office (Farmandari) was struck. Shop windows shattered. At exactly 12:05 Qazvin was hit — likely the Lia Industrial City that had been warned about. Qazvin, 12:05 — three or four sounds back to back (sound and ground tremor), likely the Lia Industrial City. Around 12:24 another explosion. Targets in Qazvin include: Alborz Industrial City zone, Lia, Caspin, and Mosalla of the city. Up to seven or eight blasts heard in total. Qazvin, 12:00 noon — two explosion sounds, house shook; location unknown. Hassan Abad Feshafuyeh, 12:00 — four explosion sounds: near the Mosalla, old police station, new police station, and one unknown location. Lia Industrial City: at least three strikes reported, rising to seven.
