U.S. National Guard Soldier Dies in Health-Related Incident in Kuwait

A U.S. National Guard soldier died during a health-related medical emergency in Kuwait on March 6, 2026. U.S. Central Command announced the death on March 8 and confirmed that the exact cause of death remains under review. CENTCOM referred additional inquiries to the U.S. National Guard Bureau. The soldier's identity has not been released.
