Strike Hits IRGC Base and Governor's Office in Ivan, Ilam Province

A strike targeted the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) base and the governor's office in Ivan county, Ilam Province, western Iran, on Friday afternoon (15 Esfand).
