Iran Security Forces Raid Homes of Teachers' Union Activists, Arrest Members and Seize Devices

According to reports from the "Coordinating Council of Iranian Teachers' Trade Associations," security forces of the Islamic Republic raided the homes of a number of trade union activists, teachers, and members of the Council, searching and seizing their personal belongings. Based on published reports, security agents entered the home of Mojtaba Goudarzi, a member of the Aligudarz Teachers' Trade Association, on Esfand 25, 1404 (March 16, 2026), and without presenting a judicial warrant, confiscated his communications devices. On the same day, Manoucher Aghabeigi, a member of the Kermanshah Teachers' Trade Association, was arrested following a raid on his home, and no information has been released about his whereabouts since. The trade association also reported that on Esfand 28, 1404 (March 19, 2026), IRGC intelligence agents raided the homes of Mohammad Habibi, the spokesperson of the Coordinating Council, Parvin Salimi, and Masoud Zeynalzadeh, members of the Tehran Teachers' Trade Association, seizing the communications devices of themselves and their families.
